You can contact us, in confidence, by telephone on 020 7403 7814. Leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. The office is usually manned Wednesday and Thursday between 10:00am and 6:00pm.

Our Counselling Services Manager will try to answer any of your questions and if you feel that you would like to proceed then the next step is to:

> download a registration questionaire to send in by post
or
> contact us for a pack to be sent out to you by post

Fees start from £40 up to £60 per session.

There is a £15 administration fee, payable at the time of registration either using your debit card when completing the questionnaire online, or alternatively by cheque when you send in the questionnaire by post.

Once we have received your completed questionnaire, our Counselling Service Manager will give you a call to have a short telephone assessment, and then we will carefully match you with the most appropriate and available therapist. The therapist will then contact you to arrange an appointment.
